Refunds/Exchanges 

Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please email us at: villago.official@gmail.com

You are not eligible for a refund unless you meet the following criteria:

-Your purchase is not delivered at all.

-You received a defective or incorrect product.

-It hasn’t even been a day since you placed your order.

-If the product you received is not the one you bought, you have 7 days to return it after receiving your order. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us, and we will replace it. VILLAGO cannot guarantee order variations at any time and reserves the right to handle your transaction.

Refund or exchange claims made (7) Days after item is received will not be considered. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages reported after (7) Days upon reception will be considered fault of the customer.Â
